CHARACTERISTICS
Main motion adopts wide speed adjustable AC servo main motor+BF two-speed gearbox,which enables the spindle has high torque output at low speeds and constant power output at high speeds characteristics.
The main transmission components of the T-ram structure are connected in parallel with synchronous toothed belts to reduce the transmission distance and absorb vibration frequencies,making it more suitable for high-speed cutting processing.
Optimize the inertia matching of the feed axis and the axis feed adopts a high-power servo motor +planetary reducer +ball screw structure.
Optimize matching and supplement axis dynamic parameters to reduce quadrant overshoot.
